The “Neftgaztikinti” trust was established for the purpose of carrying out construction, installation and repair works in deep and shallow sea oil and gas fields and on land within the framework of oil and gas operations carried out by enterprises and organizations of SOCAR. The trust was formed on the basis of “Azerdenizneftinshaat” established in 1949 and “Kazardenizneftgaztikinti” established in 1979 and is the legal successor of those institutions.
