SOCAR Downstream Management has started operations for the management of the Modernization and Reconstruction Project at the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery (NEZ). HAOR gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, coke, asphalt, lubricants, etc. including but not limited to, specializes in the processing of 15 different products and meets the entire domestic demand for petroleum products and exports more than 40% of the products abroad.
